Gemeinsam mit ihrer Schulfreundin Mo, die vor drei Jahren nach Hamburg ausgewandert ist, beginnt sie einen Roadtrip durch Polen. Zwischen Begegnungen und Grenzen werden nicht nur ihre Erwartungen an Europa in Frage gestellt, sondern auch ihre alte Freundschaft mit Mo. Das Filmdeb\u00fct der schweizer-polnischen Regisseurin aus Hamburg Emilie Girardin thematisiert in der Geschichte zweier junger Chileninnen die Suche nach Wurzeln und Zugeh\u00f6rigkeit. In einer Verbindung aus Fiktion und Dokumentation wird ein exotisches Europa zum Ort von Sehnsucht und Erfahrung der Fremdheit.
